About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Prestige Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our care centers, ensuring the highest level of care and quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exercise sound leadership and decision-making skills to drive business results and improve resident outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead and direct a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and services to residents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations and resident care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business, or a related field).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a geriatric setting and 2 years of experience in a direct supervisory position.
  • Current Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) in the state where position is located or the ability to obtain the state license prior to the start of employment.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and motivational skills.
  • Ability to creatively problem-solve in both resident care and employee management situations.
