Resident Care Leadership Manager

As a pivotal member of our team, the Resident Care Leadership Manager will oversee the comprehensive care programs within our facilities. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and possess a passion for nursing leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Care Coordination:** Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to implement and monitor individualized care plans, ensuring adherence to physician directives and nursing standards.
2. **Team Development:** Mentor and guide nursing staff, providing essential training and feedback to enhance their professional growth and improve resident care.
3. **Resident Engagement:** Actively participate in resident care conferences, contributing insights to optimize the interdisciplinary care approach.
4. **Documentation Management:** Ensure all resident records are meticulously maintained, reflecting current care needs and compliance with policies.
5. **Infection Control Oversight:** Manage infection control initiatives, educating staff on best practices and tracking infection data to maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:
- A valid LPN license in the state of operation.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- A minimum of one year of experience in geriatric nursing, with supervisory experience preferred.
