About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team on the West Coast. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with Regional Directors, Operations teams, and Community Executives to drive occupancy growth and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Census development through community-level support
  • Meet monthly sales productivity and move-in expectations
  • Manage lead database and analyze reports to inform sales strategies
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans, including daily internal activities and external outreach
  • Provide accurate customer information and pricing to facilitate lease preparations
  • Ensure outstanding first impressions for prospects and respond to walk-in tours promptly
  • Attend daily stand-ups and share appointment and event updates with the community team
  • Complete daily sales reports and provide weekly/monthly data forecasts as requested
  • Conduct tours, luncheons, and other sales-related activities with prospective clients and groups
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident information and promote teamwork within the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations/Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • At least three years' experience in multi-community/regional sales manager role with supervisory experience
  • Ability to travel up to 100% (candidates must be willing to relocate)

Benefits

Competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience
