Sales Director for Senior Living Communities

The Sr. Resource Group (SRG) has been a leader in the development and operation of senior living communities across the USA for over 30 years. Our experience and passion have helped us win numerous awards for innovative community design, excellent service, and exceptional care.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and be able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on sales goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze and report on weekly sales outcomes using Yardi CRM.
- Forecast and manage census information to inform sales strategies.
- Stay informed on relevant markets and target audiences to ensure sales teams are equipped to effectively engage with potential customers.
- Work in partnership with other members of the community to achieve overall sales outcomes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales and/or sales management experience.
- Computer literate and comfortable using CRM daily.
- Demonstrate knowledge of senior living sales.
- Ability to manage multiple sales team members effectively.
- Natural leader with proven sales skills.
- Experience forecasting and building customer database.
- Persistent, passionate, and results-driven.
