We are seeking an experienced Sales Director of Operations to join our San Francisco region.

Position SummaryThe Regional Sales Manager leads sales teams' productivity and census building for Discovery Senior Living. Key responsibilities include planning, reporting, goal setting, sales process optimization, sales training, CRM system management, sales program implementation, compensation administration, and partnering with regional leadership in recruiting, selecting, and onboarding sales talent.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining knowledge of daily census reporting for all communities;
- Weekly tracking of sales activities, conversion ratios for Senior Lifestyle Counselors (SLCs) as well as reporting of Critical Success Factors;
- Developing sales strategies to meet or exceed predetermined sales goals;
- Coaching, training, and assisting with the management of SLCs, Coordinators, and associated sales staff;
- Motivating sales staff through effective leadership and positive reinforcement;
- Interviewing and screening SLC candidates;
- Performing community site visit audits and assessment of all sales processes;
- Demonstrating proficiency in the CRM system and training SLCs and marketing coordinators;
- Managing the mystery shopping and competitive shopping program;
- Listening to recorded inbound sales calls to coach sales staff;
- Providing Manager on Duty sales training;
- Maintaining accurate competition reports and having a complete knowledge of market conditions and competition;
- Assuring full accuracy and complete integrity in daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting;
- Educating new and existing SLCs and Coordinators on sales standards and ensuring ongoing compliance;
- Visiting communities regularly to observe individual and group dynamics;
- Supporting the design and development of educational modules to enhance professional selling skills;
- Establishing and maintaining compensation plans;
- Ensuring quarterly competitive analysis plans are up to date and accurate;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations/Communications, Marketing, or related field;
- Five years selling experience in a dynamic environment; senior living experience is a plus;
- At least three years' experience in multi-community/regional sales manager role with supervisory experience;
- An estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $180,000 depending on experience;
