  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels, including senior executives and HR leaders.
  • Present our services and solutions in a compelling manner, demonstrating how they can address specific client challenges related to change management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that project deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position our services.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in professional services and/or management consulting.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and the challenges organizations face during transitions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
