About the Role:
Amazon is seeking proactive, innovative, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly driven sales account management interns to support the expansion of our diverse business operations.

As a sales intern, you will collaborate with various Amazon businesses and partners to enhance sales strategies, optimize marketing efforts, and maintain competitive positioning within Amazon's online marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Your role will involve:

  • Establishing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, showcasing a commitment to delivering exceptional service and solutions.
  • Evaluating performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to boost efficiency and return on investment.
  • Regularly communicating performance metrics with stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Utilizing our extensive data and product channels to work with other teams in crafting tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Resolving any technical or implementation challenges by collaborating with internal teams to devise effective solutions.
  • Leading quarterly performance reports with stakeholders.
  • Driving operational excellence to ensure adherence to service level agreements and client satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:
To qualify, candidates must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be available to work 40 hours per week throughout the internship duration.
  • Currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A strong academic record, along with leadership and extracurricular involvement.
  • An interest in B2B sales pipeline management, business development, and key account management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a focus on achieving business results.
  • A proven ability to leverage data and metrics for decision-making and developing scalable solutions.
  • The capability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making skills in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
