Position Overview

Success Academy is in search of a dynamic and insightful People Partner to enhance our team. This position is pivotal in the ongoing implementation of innovative practices, crafting solutions, and fostering the growth of both the Success Academy Network and our Charter Schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer strategic guidance to school leadership and staff;
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the organization’s strategy, objectives, challenges, and the associated human resource implications to provide meaningful insights;
  • Advise school administrators on recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee development;
  • Ensure the consistent application of people processes, policies, and standards by leaders and managers while striving for continuous improvement;
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as legal, talent acquisition, and executive leadership to address business needs;
  • Utilize data and analytics to empower our schools to excel by facilitating a top-tier people function;
  • Stay informed about evolving regulations and policies and their implications for the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a strong analytical and process-oriented mindset;
  • Demonstrate a history of accountability, a robust work ethic, and integrity;
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, focused on enhancing efficiency;
  • Have over 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, providing strategic support to diverse client organizations;
  • Bring extensive experience in employee relations;
  • Experience in high-growth environments or organizations undergoing significant transformation is highly advantageous;
  • Ability to effectively communicate and embody Success Academy's collaborative culture and educational design;
  • Maintain exceptionally high standards for work quality and a proactive approach to improvement;
  • Possess strong problem-solving abilities coupled with clear communication skills.

Compensation:

Annual Salary: $140,000 - $170,000. Compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
