About the Role

FloodGate Medical Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Territory Sales Manager** to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving territory objectives through effective sales strategies and business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and execute a clear and logical plan to achieve overall territory sales objectives
    • Identify and capitalize on key sales and marketing opportunities in the territory
  • Business Acumen
    • Understand customer environments, including key decision makers and their challenges
    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize territory and company objectives
  • Selling Skills
    • Demonstrate consultative selling skills to uncover customer strategy and present value propositions
    • Utilize sales tools and resources to maximize sales growth
  • Relationship Building
    • Retain and grow business within current customer base
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Clinical Knowledge and Self-Development
    • Stay up-to-date on clinical and technical product knowledge
    • Attend industry-related meetings and events to stay informed on market trends and industry information
  • Administrative
    • Organize and manage information using CRM tools
    • Maintain current records and administrative duties
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in the medical field
    • Successful sales experience within the VA Health System
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
    • High attention to detail and follow-through
    • Exceptional listening skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Compensation and Benefits

FloodGate Medical Inc offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $85-95k, variable compensation of $65k, and additional benefits such as health insurance, 401k matching, and tuition reimbursement.

Location

The territory parameters for this role include the states of NW-WA, OR, ID, MT, UT, CO, WY, and AK. The acceptable candidate location is Seattle or Portland, within an hour of the airport, with 50-75% travel initially.
