Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with vendors and contractors throughout the targeted area. You will also be responsible for generating leads and building sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, emailing, social media, newsletters, in-person events, educational events, and other sales and marketing activities to network.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building
    • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors throughout the targeted area
    • Qualify clients determining proper fit for our service and referral program
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Manage all marketing plans and attending key marketing events in the area
    • Manage your referral partners regularly with value-added touchpoints
    • Achieve enrollment, job, and revenue targets monthly
    • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
  • Account Management
    • Meet and surpass goals set in place for weekly/monthly/ yearly achievements
    • Professionally promote our company and brand through face-to-face interactions
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Complete weekly sales reports
    • Develop and maintain monthly marketing routes

Qualifications

  • Great persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to think outside the box and work independently to expand company brand
  • Business development and account management experience
  • Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long hours at a time
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • 3 years in B2B Sales
  • Valid driver's license and Ability to travel frequently as required of the job
