Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at North Star Health Alliance, LLC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management, including data entry, mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring client records are current.
  • Assist in troubleshooting office administrative problems and provide solutions.
  • Submit insurance claims and billing reports to third-party vendors.
  • Answer client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the department is well-stocked.
  • Assist the Director and management as needed or assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred, but not required; on-site training offered.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook required.
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good research skills and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual in Hmong, Spanish, Pashto, Arabic, Urdu, Ukrainian, French, Swahili, Cambodian preferred, but not required.
