What’s a typical day as a Training Administrator/Coordinator III? You’ll be:
• Providing tactical support for training activities, including web-based learning systems, IT, and computer software or hardware
• Coordinating training programs and maintaining information in various systems
• Assisting in the development and delivery of training to channel partners, company personnel, and customers
• Handling telephone support and resolving issues with channel partners, customers, and field personnel
• Generating reports for supervisors and managers

• Are familiar with MS Office at a proficient level, particularly strong Excel skills
• Have 1-3 years of administrative support experience
