Position Title: Training Administrator/Coordinator III

Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company

Duration: 3 Years (Contract Role)

Location: Eagan, MN 55121

Shift: 1st Shift, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Major Purpose:

  • Supports training activities, including web-based learning systems, IT, software/hardware, and training program coordination.
  • Handles complex tasks involving technical support, facility logistics, and maintaining information systems.
  • Provides fundamental training for Learning Management System administration at the channel partner level.

Major Duties:

  • Provides tactical support for training activities and systems, including IT and web-based learning.
  • Supports training staff with materials, documentation, processes, and purchasing.
  • Assists in training development and delivery for channel partners, Company personnel, and customers.
  • Collaborates with training staff, channel partners, and customers on training-related issues.
  • Provides Tier 2 support for customer and channel partner issues.
  • Makes decisions and recommendations to Learning Services Providers.
  • Uses tools to assist instructors and managers with communications, materials, and reports.
  • Monitors Learning Management System activity and reconciles revenues/expenses.
  • Assists in marketing and filling classes through roster analysis and telemarketing support.
  • Generates reports for supervisors and managers.

Onsite Position: Candidates must be local.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Nice to Have:

  • Learning management experience
  • Demonstrated hyper-organization

Required Skills & Experiences:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 1-3 years of administrative support experience

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Experience working with suppliers
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
