Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Donor Recruitment Associate to join our team at Innovative Blood Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating communications between sponsors, coordinators, donors, and recruitment representatives, as well as providing administrative support and data entry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate communications between sponsors, coordinators, donors, and recruitment representatives.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, appointment scheduling, and written records.
  • Use software systems to produce queries, donor lists, and other applicable reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and confidentiality of donor data.
  • Recruit blood donors at off-site events, such as health fairs and sign-up sessions.
  • Support donor calling efforts and provide support for additional projects as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, and/or administrative support.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
  • Blood banking knowledge and customer service training preferred.
