Office Management Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Office Management Assistant to join our team at LanceSoft. As an Office Management Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing presentations and reports.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, with a strong understanding of office and administrative management procedures. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

You will also be expected to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear communication, and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff members
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare presentations and reports
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Salary Information

The salary range for this position is $23-$25 per hour on a W2 basis.
