We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Strategic Administrative Support Associate to join our team at Ageatia Global Solutions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced administrative professional to provide exceptional support to our senior leadership team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense processing.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and plan internal and external events, including conferences, seminars, and client meetings.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
What We Offer

Ageatia Global Solutions offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
