Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator Lead to join our team at LanceSoft. As an Administrative Coordinator Lead, you will provide administrative support to our staff and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for managing projects, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, with a strong understanding of office and administrative management procedures. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

You will also be expected to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear communication, and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff members
  • Manage projects, coordinate meetings, and prepare reports
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities
  • Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Salary Information

The salary range for this position is $23-$25 per hour on a W2 basis.
