Experienced Senior Clinical Manager for Ambulatory Practice

Penn Medicine is a leading academic medical center, dedicated to providing the highest level of care to patients and conducting innovative research. As a Senior Clinical Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing clinical operations for a team of over 40 skilled clinical staff, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Medical Assistants.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all clinical operations in the ambulatory practice setting, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Maintain the highest level of patient/customer satisfaction, education, research initiatives, and patient confidentiality.
- Manage employee satisfaction and engagement by building productive relationships and creating a positive work environment.
- Establish and update work processes and practices, aligning with Penn Medicine's vision of service excellence.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required)
- Registered Nurse - PA (Required)
- ACLS or BCLS or PALS (Required)
- Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)
- 7+ years total clinical experience, including prior RN and leadership experience (Required)
