Lennar Homes is seeking a seasoned Land Development Manager to oversee all aspects of land development within our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct project-specific land development from planning and entitlements through infrastructure completion, ensuring adherence to City or County requirements and applicable codes.
  • Manage schedules using computerized application systems and inspect subcontractor work to guarantee quality.
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary consulting teams to prepare and process land use documents and infrastructure design/improvement plans under the Director of Land's direction.
  • Establish and maintain records of community project changes, including change orders and purchase orders.
  • Conduct inspections and corresponding paperwork, ensuring compliance with SWPPP management and regulations.
  • Coordinate builder activities, including design review, permit applications, and submissions, to ensure continuity from planning to community completion.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in land acquisition and/or development.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license and good driving record required.
  • Excellent written, oral, organizational, and math skills.
  • Professional attitude to represent the company positively.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines in a professional manner.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office proficiency and knowledge of CAD a plus.
  • Advanced PC skills, including Word and Excel expertise.
