Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sr Clinical Manager Ambulatory RN to join our team at the Radnor location. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee all clinical operations for a team of over 40 skilled clinical staff, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Medical Assistants. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing care team while ensuring quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee schedules, pay practices, and time card review approval.
  • Lead strategic and operational planning initiatives.
  • Develop and implement quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with agencies such as TJC, CMS, DOH, and OSHA.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years total clinical experience, including prior RN and leadership experience.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
  • Registered Nurse - Pennsylvania licensure required.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including one of the finest prepaid tuition assistance programs in the region.
