Job Opportunity at Dalfen Industrial

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Officer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the acquisitions, leasing, asset management, and development of high-priority Dalfen initiatives in the Midwest region.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant work experience, a strong understanding of real estate fundamentals, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to lead a team on property operations, negotiate real estate lease proposals, and oversee management of property operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading private equity owner, operator, and developer of industrial real estate. The successful candidate will be based in Denver, Chicago, or Philadelphia and will receive a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct target research and help anticipate and respond to investment, leasing, acquisition, and development challenges.
  • Negotiate real estate lease proposals and leases.
  • Oversee management of property operations for assets.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to senior leadership.
