Your Role:
The Sales Capabilities Manager will play a pivotal role in facilitating Clorox's Digital Transformation journey within the Sales division. You will be at the forefront of implementing innovative technologies by enhancing Sales capabilities through Project Elevate, which involves the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and supporting Sales Applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on Pricing and Commissions
- Oversee the execution of various sales initiatives as part of Project Vista, aiding in the rollout of our new ERP and related applications.
- Coordinate Subject Matter Expert (SME) support and contributions.
- Document existing and future state processes.
- Define and develop sprint deliverables and document user stories.
- Translate business processes into technical designs.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Sales.
- Proven ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build sustainable business relationships across all organizational levels.
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and a collaborative team player.
- Critical and creative thinking skills.
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Previous experience in Finance FP&A is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAP and Vistex is preferred.

Workplace Flexibility:
This position requires adherence to the Hybrid 2.0 policy for those located within 50 miles of a Clorox Hub Office, necessitating in-office attendance three times a week. Remote work is also an option, with support for all U.S. time zones.
