About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Sales Manager to join our team at Green Works. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across our e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies, programs, and plans to drive sales growth and profitability across our e-commerce channels.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, finance, product, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Manage P&L Responsibility: Oversee the profit and loss responsibility for annual web sales targets and profitability for assigned accounts.
  • Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Utilize analytical and strategic thinking to drive sales growth and profitability, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations, including merchandising execution and maintenance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies and drive sales growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
