Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales with our key strategic retail partners, utilizing all available resources and managing long-term relationships with merchants and their various cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and report sales performance data to internal and external customers to drive sales for store and e-comm businesses.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) related to e-comm sales, such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Inventory Management teams to forecast sales and inventory needs for store and e-comm businesses.
  • Assist in developing annual and quarterly sales plans and budgets based on data-driven insights.
  • Lead and support day-to-day correspondence with retailer and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Design and Merchandising in line development, based on sales-driven facts and opportunities.
  • Manage costing requests along with communication to the customer.
  • Secure, manage, and review detail confirmation of customer orders (store & E-comm); follow through with all asks from internal and external teams.
  • Manage all e-comm business for Kids and Men's categories; item set up, item maintenance, tracking logs, inventory re-work, and DSV forecasting.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
