Role Summary: We are in search of an enthusiastic Trainer to enhance our team, focusing on the development of sales representatives and aspiring leaders. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about coaching, mentoring, and guiding others to reach their maximum potential while simultaneously building their own client base. You will be tasked with delivering impactful training programs that emphasize both sales proficiency and leadership growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training initiatives designed for sales representatives, concentrating on essential sales techniques and leadership capabilities.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions, both virtually and in-person, to ensure participants gain hands-on experience and confidence.
  • Offer tailored coaching and mentorship to assist representatives in setting and achieving their professional objectives.
  • Identify promising individuals and aid their transition into future leadership roles through focused coaching and development strategies.
  • Create a supportive learning atmosphere that promotes growth, teamwork, and enthusiasm.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to enrich the training experience.
  • Acquire knowledge of our products/services, sales methodologies, and CRM systems.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and mentorship of new sales personnel.
  • Engage in fieldwork in a B2B sales environment while developing your own client portfolio.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to team members to enhance their sales capabilities.
  • Address escalated customer inquiries, ensuring superior customer service.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in sales meetings, contribute innovative ideas, and inspire team members.

Qualifications:

  • A solid background in sales, ideally within the insurance field, with a proven success record.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in mentoring or coaching, with a strong desire to help others succeed.
  • A positive, energetic demeanor and a commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant training tools.
  • Familiarity with sales-related software (CRM) is advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn about the insurance industry and obtain necessary licenses, including understanding state and federal regulations affecting policyholders.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to comprehend complex concepts such as insurance programs; customer service experience is a plus.
  • Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain an insurance license.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive weekly draw pay with commission and bonuses from the outset.
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, available after 60 days.
  • Access to quarterly and annual incentives such as trips, cash bonuses, and stock options.
  • Short sales cycle, typically less than 3 business days.
  • CRM and training support, along with licensing reimbursement (state fees).

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 per year

Work Environment: Business-to-business in-person interactions.
