Sales Development Role at Patronus AI

At Patronus AI, we are looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a crucial role in generating new business pipeline through strategic prospecting efforts and extensive account research.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities
  • Manage inbound leads that are driven by outbound effort
  • Nurture early-stage opportunities
  • Partner with your AE to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas
  • Identify key decision makers within new accounts

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio) and sales engagement tools
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
