Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at The Durable Slate Company. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Coordinate and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure projects meet our high standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management, project engineering, or related field.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
