Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Seeking a candidate with a robust engineering background.
  • Oversee site coordination for input collection and provide feedback on layout designs.
  • Initiate, develop, and manage all stages of project execution.
  • Facilitate onsite collaboration with all relevant parties, including suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and foster teamwork.
  • Assist in the creation of project status reports and engage in regular site and design review meetings.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Possess self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously while managing diverse priorities.
  • Effectively manage workload, balancing multiple tasks and adapting to evolving circumstances.
  • Bring experience from a technology-driven manufacturing sector.
  • Familiarity with the new product development process from initial prototype to full-scale production.
  • Engage in project tracking, planning, and budget management.
  • Maintain a project risk matrix and support the burn down plan through proactive management of both internal and external activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline is essential.
  • Proven knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly within design and manufacturing contexts.
  • Certification such as CAPM or PMP is advantageous.
  • Experience in project tracking, planning, and budget oversight.
