Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will:
- Oversee the engineering aspects of significant projects across various locations, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, incorporating emerging technological trends.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline necessary actions for integration and coordination.

- Define roles and responsibilities, directing both internal and external resources.
- Monitor project performance, reviewing change requests and managing project documentation.
- Coordinate procurement processes for necessary equipment and services.

- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in project engineering, participating in cross-divisional teams to establish standards.
- Prepare essential documentation, including Requests for Capital Expenditures and safety checklists.

- Assist in developing and executing validation protocols.
Qualifications:
Required:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering or operational experience.
- A proven history of successful project management and completion.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
- A technical background in healthcare, nutritional products, or related industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial systems and fiscal management.
