KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will:
- Oversee, plan, and coordinate engineering aspects of significant projects across various locations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder expectations.
- Utilize established project management tools to maintain budgetary constraints and achieve organizational goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline necessary actions for integration and coordination of subsidiary plans.
- Direct project execution to meet defined objectives, ensuring all activities are completed effectively.
- Monitor project progress and control work to meet performance targets, focusing on cost efficiency and milestone achievements.
- Review and manage change requests, ensuring all modifications align with project goals.
- Collaborate with procurement teams for the acquisition of necessary equipment and services.
- Implement project management best practices and contribute to the development of standardized methodologies.
- Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
Lead the design and execution of projects by applying engineering principles and ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements.
PROBLEM SOLVING AND INNOVATION:
Develop comprehensive solutions for complex challenges, integrating regulatory and operational needs while enhancing customer satisfaction.
COMPLIANCE:
Adhere to all quality, environmental, health, safety, and energy regulations, ensuring the effectiveness of assigned tasks and project outcomes.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required:
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, along with 10+ years of relevant engineering or operational experience. A proven track record of successful project management and collaboration with diverse teams is essential.
