Marketing Associate Manager – Coffee Systems Commercialization

As a Marketing Associate Manager, you will operate under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager, playing a pivotal role in various initiatives aimed at propelling the growth of Keurig Dr Pepper's Coffee Systems division. Your focus will be on supporting business operations and executing specific program strategies with meticulous attention to detail.

Your primary objective is to enhance success with our customers, partners, and shoppers by contributing to a cohesive commercial coffee systems strategy that is tailored across different channels and optimized for supply chain efficiency.

This position requires a strong process orientation to ensure that your comprehensive plans are effectively communicated and executed flawlessly. It serves as both a learning and development opportunity, allowing you to familiarize yourself with our product offerings and operational processes while collaborating within a cross-functional team.

This role is well-suited for individuals eager to gain insights into all aspects of coffee systems commercialization and will involve supporting various stakeholders, including sales, brand marketing, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), supply chain, and partner teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize success drivers based on key customer insights.
  • Collaborate with category management, RGM, and sales teams to outline and prioritize essential activities and tactics for channel success.
  • Manage relationships with key strategic accounts, aiding them in executing coffee systems customer strategies.
  • Work alongside brand and marketing teams to assist with influencer programs for new product launches.
  • Contribute to the development of content for both internal and external communications, including support for customer and sales meetings, trade presentations, and other events.
  • Assist the commercial team with critical sales and market analyses.
  • Support and participate in significant events such as trade shows and customer training sessions.
  • Ensure seamless execution across departments and deliverables.
  • Lead special initiatives, including accessory launches and display planning.
  • Facilitate the new item setup process for product launches.
  • Provide administrative support to the commercialization team, including organizing meetings and managing product shipment requests.
