Key Responsibilities- Partnerships & Tools
- Identify and oversee relationships with outsourced partners, including content development and SEO.
- Monitor performance of tools used by Sales and Marketing teams, including marketing automation, Salesforce, video and sales training tools, and LinkedIn.
- Oversight of Marketing Programs
- Lead in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including upsell initiatives to existing clients' website development, content strategy, account-based campaigns targeted at qualified leads, email, SEO, customer events.
- Allocate the Department workload, overseeing the functions performed by the Marketing Coordinator.
- Participate in annual strategic planning and budgeting efforts.
- Ensure the measurement of marketing initiatives with a focus on ROI and KPIs.
- Content Creation
- Lead content creation with the goals of building the brand, enhancing customer relationships, and lead generation.
- Oversee the publication of content for the website, Email campaigns, and other channels.
- Utilize Canva and Adobe Suite for content design.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
- 2-5 years' experience working in a Business-to-Business (B2B) Marketing environment with a diverse skillset.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other computer-related devices on an ongoing daily basis.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns targeting B2B customers.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools.
- Understanding of marketing analytics and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and ability to analyze data for insights.
- Experience with content creation and management for digital marketing channels.
- Project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
