About the Role:
The Associate Manager – Coffee Systems Commercialization will contribute to the growth of Keurig Dr Pepper's Coffee Systems business by supporting business operations and specific program tactics with a high attention to execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Collaborate with category management, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and sales teams to identify and prioritize activities and tactics required to succeed by channel.
- Customer Relationships: Support and manage relationships with key strategic accounts to deliver on coffee systems customer strategy.
- Content Development: Support content development for internal and external communications, including customer meetings, sales meetings, trade decks, internal meetings, and other events.
- Commercial Analysis: Support the commercial team with key sales and marketplace analyses.
- Event Support: Attend key events like the Housewares Show, National Sales Meeting, Customer Training, and demo events.
- Special Projects: Lead special projects, such as accessory launches and display planning.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for the commercialization team, including organizing meetings, setting up and breaking down meetings, fulfilling product shipment requests, creating and expediting internal orders, and tracking samples as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong process orientation to ensure detailed plans are fully communicated and flawlessly executed.
- Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
