Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at The Panaro Group LLC. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and bringing in new client accounts, establishing sales strategies, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new client accounts
  • Establish relationships with C-level executives, VPs, and corporate leaders to design RPO solutions
  • Present solutions to new clients and close deals
  • Work collaboratively with our teams and clients to deliver and exceed expectations
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis
Requirements:
  • 5 years of proven success in outside sales B2B experience selling professional services into manufacturing, engineering, construction, and technology industries
  • 3 years of experience selling recruiting services
  • Strong existing relationships with C-Suite, VP's, HR, engineering, manufacturing, and technology leaders
  • Demonstrated success in closing the deal, hitting quotas, and generating consistent revenue
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, listening, solutions structuring, persuasion, and negotiation skills
