Job Title: Account Executive

As a key member of the Ticket Sales Department, the Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with large companies, associations, and fraternal organizations to drive group ticket sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with group accounts to provide exceptional service and drive revenue growth
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential group clients
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service to group clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in ticket sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
