About the Role
HSA Bank is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with assigned strategic clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customized business plans to drive growth and increase profitability on assigned strategic accounts.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives through regular communication and relationship-building activities.
- Identify and cross-sell product offerings based on current client needs.
- Proactively monitor client satisfaction and feedback, and take corrective action as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- High School / GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Employee Benefits, CDHP, or related field.
- 2+ years of relationship management/account executive experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
HSA Bank offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 USD, plus incentive compensation. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
