The iCloud program team is on the lookout for an exceptional Engineering Program Manager who possesses a robust technical background and a fervent enthusiasm for executing complex, cross-departmental projects in a dynamic setting.

This role involves leading and managing initiatives within the Apple Account and Family domain, which encompasses the configuration and management of all Apple Account services, including iCloud and iTunes across various Apple devices, Sign in with Apple, iCloud Family setup, and subscription sharing among family members.

Job Responsibilities:
This position demands a blend of technical insight and business acumen, along with strong program management capabilities.

We seek an individual who can spearhead, oversee, and deliver all facets of large-scale, multi-functional projects and feature sets. You will collaborate with engineering teams throughout the lifecycle of feature development, from architecture and design to implementation and validation. The ideal Engineering Program Manager will proactively identify, prioritize, and resolve program challenges.

You will also communicate new feature initiatives, key issues, risks, and significant accomplishments to senior leadership and work alongside cross-functional teams across Apple to synchronize the roadmap across various business sectors.

Essential Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in project, product, or program management in areas such as:

cloud services, software development, or operations
- Profound understanding of the software product lifecycle and ability to lead projects from inception to completion using Agile methodologies
- Proven track record of collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams, securing buy-in, and thriving in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
- Technical curiosity and willingness to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams
- Experience in driving and delivering critical project features involving partnerships with various teams across Apple
- Skilled in leveraging data from diverse sources to derive insights and make informed decisions across programs.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive management
- Strong leadership abilities and capacity to empower team members
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in delivering consumer software at a large scale, utilized by millions
- Previous involvement in product areas alongside Human Interface / UI / UX teams
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one component of our total compensation package and is determined within a specified range.

This structure allows for growth as you develop within your role.

The base pay range for this position is between $165,500 and $293,800, with your specific pay depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Employees may be eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
