Role Summary

The successful candidate will lead programs focused on the orchestration of Apple Account services, including iCloud and iTunes, across various devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage large-scale, multi-functional projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from architecture and design to implementation and validation.
  • Proactively identify and resolve program challenges, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in project, product, or program management, particularly in cloud services or software development.
  • In-depth knowledge of the software product lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of collaboration with diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong technical curiosity and ability to engage in discussions with engineering partners.
  • Experience in delivering critical project features through cross-team partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to executive management.
  • Leadership skills that empower team members and foster collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in shipping consumer software at scale.
  • Previous collaboration with Human Interface/UI/UX teams.
