As a Senior Engineering Program Manager (EPM) within our Hardware Technology organization, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing complex engineering projects that require a blend of technical expertise and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans and lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions.
- Identify, assess, and communicate project risks while driving discussions to resolve critical system parameters.
- Engage with multi-functional partners to define project objectives and establish validation plans for new silicon and firmware designs.
- Oversee day-to-day program activities, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
- Facilitate effective communication of project status and key updates to both the project team and executive management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven industry experience in Battery or Consumer Electronics, with a strong understanding of taking silicon technologies from concept to mass production.
- Technical project management experience in Electrical Engineering, Battery Management Units, Modeling, or Software.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering is required; experience in embedded software is a plus.
- Familiarity with battery performance estimation, health metrics, and interactions with platform systems.
- Experience in developing models using large datasets and test tools.
- Knowledge of battery charging algorithms and protocols is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment, with strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
