Role Summary

The iCloud program team is in search of a distinguished Engineering Program Manager who possesses a robust technical background and a fervent commitment to executing complex, cross-functional projects in a dynamic setting. This role is pivotal in managing programs related to Apple Account services, including iCloud, iTunes, Sign in with Apple, and Family sharing functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale, multi-functional projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle, including architecture, design, implementation, and testing.
- Proactively identify and address program challenges, ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to executive leadership.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
+ A minimum of 7 years of experience in project, product, or program management, particularly in cloud services or software development.
+ Comprehensive understanding of the software product lifecycle and experience leading projects using Agile methodologies.
+ Proven track record of effective collaboration with diverse teams in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
+ Strong technical curiosity and willingness to engage in discussions with engineering partners.
+ Experience in delivering critical project features that require collaboration across multiple teams.
+ Ability to leverage data from various sources to derive insights and make informed decisions.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort in presenting to executive management.
+ Strong leadership capabilities, empowering team members to excel.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in shipping consumer software at scale, utilized by millions.
+ Background in working alongside Human Interface, UI, or UX teams.
