This role will encompass the leadership and management of initiatives within the Apple Account and Family domain, overseeing the setup and integration of all Apple Account services, including iCloud and iTunes across various Apple devices, Sign in with Apple, iCloud Family setup and management, and Subscription sharing among family members.

Key Responsibilities:
This role demands a blend of technical insight and business acumen, along with strong program management capabilities.

We seek an individual who can lead, manage, and deliver all facets of large-scale, multi-functional projects and feature sets. You will collaborate with engineering teams throughout the entire feature development lifecycle, from architecture and design to implementation and validation. The ideal Engineering Program Manager will proactively identify, prioritize, and resolve program challenges.

You will also communicate new feature initiatives, key issues, risks, and major accomplishments to senior leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams across Apple to synchronize the roadmap across various business units.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in project, product, or program management within fields such as:

cloud services, software development, or operations.

- Comprehensive understanding of the software product lifecycle, leading projects from inception to completion utilizing Agile methodologies.- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams, securing buy-in and thriving in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.- Technical curiosity and willingness to engage in technical discussions with engineering partners.- Experience in driving and delivering critical project features involving collaboration with multiple teams across Apple.- Proficient in leveraging data from various sources to derive insights and make informed decisions regarding programs.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive management.

- Strong leadership abilities and a talent for empowering team members.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in launching consumer software at a large scale, utilized by millions.

- Previous involvement in product areas alongside Human Interface / UI / UX teams.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related discipline.

Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base salary is just one component of our total compensation package, determined within a specified range.

This structure allows for growth as you advance in your role.

The base salary range for this position is between $165,500 and $293,800, with your specific salary dependent on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Employees may be eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
