Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise staff involved in Admissions and Referral Development, ensuring timely performance evaluations for all direct reports.
  • Develop and execute market strategies to meet HNNR's admission objectives.
  • Collaborate with key HNNR leaders to align sales support with essential programs and initiatives.
  • Act as HNNR's representative in the community, leading marketing initiatives and participating in travel for conferences and referral development.
  • Enhance processes for effective admissions, focusing on ongoing mentorship and process improvement to elevate referral satisfaction and streamline the experience for patients and families.
Expected Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (flexible hours)

Availability for evenings and weekends for conferences and events is necessary.

Overnight travel, both in-state and out-of-state, is anticipated.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, healthcare marketing, or contracting.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably with sales teams.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
