Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at True North Equipment. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our regional markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Manage and coach a team of sales professionals to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the Director of Sales and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure sales professionals have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years of management experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the sales process.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
