Job Title: Customer Success Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Bravado. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and maximizing value from our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients to ensure success and maximize value from the platform throughout their lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with account managers to create joint success plans aligned with clients' business strategies and defined success metrics.
  • Manage post-sales activities, utilizing strong relationship-building, product knowledge, and effective planning and execution.
  • Maintain a profound understanding of the product, addressing clients' specific requirements with the most relevant features/functionality.
  • Proactively engage clients to drive early and sustained product adoption, while identifying and mitigating risks to prevent churn.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the enterprise software industry.
  • 4+ years as a Customer Success Manager with Enterprise experience.
  • A CSM with enterprise experience within the enterprise software industry.
