Sales Enablement and Training Strategist

We are looking for a talented Sales Enablement and Training Strategist to join our Regional Sales Leadership Team. This critical role will own the Elevate program on behalf of AMS/EMEA team, working in partnership with leaders to activate, measure success, and provide ongoing feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving operational excellence in the delivery of Sales Enablement & Training within the region.
  • Collaborating with Sales strategy teams to identify new revenue opportunities and align regional sales efforts for maximum impact.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to improve sales performance.
  • Evaluating and reviewing tools available to our teams, providing guidance on missing or needed tools to the Business Operations group.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience working in Sales organizations, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a Strategic Sales leadership role. Estimated salary: $160,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on location.
