Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Qdrant. As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales planning and execution.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role, with a proven track record of overachievement through demand generation and intelligent territory management. They will be responsible for developing and executing targeted sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with customers and prospective customers, and collaborating with other teams to share insights and refine offerings.

Key responsibilities include acquiring new logos, ideally in the digital native segment, and leveraging technical knowledge of Qdrant to tie it back to value for customers at the C-Suite and Engineering levels. The successful candidate will also meet sales targets and track performance metrics through a metrics framework and key performance indicators.

Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in a quota-carrying role with track record of overachievement
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally selling to a technical audience
  • Track record of acquiring new logos, ideally in the digital native segment
  • Strong technical background or experience in selling data infrastructure, ideally DB and Search technology
  • Independent and motivated by new challenges & comfortable with a fast growth environment
Salary and Benefits

We also provide an estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations.
