Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Elevated Sales Strategist to join our team as a Revenue Operations Director at Taboola in New York City or London. As a key member of the Sales Operations Department, you will be responsible for leading the Revenue Operations team, shaping and executing revenue strategy, and overseeing all aspects of RevOps.

About the Role:
In this critical position, you will analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and leading indicators, collaborate with regional leaders, FP&A, and BI to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision making. You will also develop and execute departmental / regional sales plans aligned with company goals, oversee yield optimization initiatives to maximize revenue or minimize cost, and manage global teams effectively.

Responsibilities:
* Manage a global team of 6, consisting of 3 Sales Enablement Managers and 3 Revenue Operations Managers
* Develop and execute departmental / regional sales plans aligned with company goals
* Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and leading indicators to inform business decisions
* Oversee yield optimization initiatives to maximize revenue or minimize cost
* Drive annual training needs analysis and prioritize execution plan to best support business goals
