About the Team

The Sales Operations team at The Ladders is dedicated to enhancing our core business functions and exploring innovative opportunities by: 1) establishing a network of vendors that can fulfill our sales requirements and broaden our market reach, 2) managing vendor programs to achieve strategic objectives, and 3) identifying and executing efficiency enhancements.
About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Strategy Associate Manager to develop and implement the vendor strategy for our Global Sales division. This role involves close collaboration with external partners and internal teams, including Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and others. You will report to the Senior Manager of Revenue Strategy and Operations within our Merchant division.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, test, and implement a vendor strategy for our Sales division.
  • Influence and contribute to the overall go-to-market strategy.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee cross-functional projects with external partners and internal teams on a global scale.
  • Oversee daily operations and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements to maximize business impact.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, banking, analytics, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading initiatives and achieving objectives.
  • Strong cross-functional business acumen, project management capabilities, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in resolving complex problems and analyzing large data sets using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience in managing external B2B partnerships.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to adapt and contribute at various levels.
Compensation

The base salary range for this position varies by location. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, relevant experience, and specific work location. For remote roles, salary is adjusted according to the employee's work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for further details.
