The role offers extensive visibility to senior leadership and collaboration with various partner teams. Clear and effective communication regarding product features and strategic direction is essential, particularly in interactions with executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage regularly with sales teams and clients to provide insights into market trends, address unique client needs, and articulate effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough competitor assessments to pinpoint differentiation opportunities. Familiarity with platforms like Google DV360 and The Trade Desk is advantageous.
- Facilitate training sessions for sales and internal teams on competitive dynamics, product positioning, and unique selling propositions.
- Manage an 18-month feature development roadmap, supported by data-driven decision-making.
- Adapt to emerging opportunities swiftly and evaluate how to leverage them effectively.
- Minimal travel required, less than 10%.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Management, or consulting roles.
- Proven track record in product marketing, including positioning, competitive analysis, and sales support strategies.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Experience in startups or launching new products is highly valued.
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Background in developing online advertising or marketing technology solutions. Experience with first-party data acquisition is a plus.
- Experience in enhancing and evolving established products.
- Preferred qualifications include a technical or data-centric background, with an MBA being advantageous.
