Position Overview

The Customer Engagement and Marketing Specialist will collaborate with our highly skilled and established Marketing and Customer Service team. Each new specialist will be paired with a dedicated mentor and assigned a specific business client to gain in-depth knowledge of their promotional offerings.

The specialist will participate in all internal business and sales meetings throughout the week and will also visit potential clients to discuss promotional opportunities. Our organization thrives on a collaborative environment, so we seek an individual who is eager to contribute to the team and support our growth by attending networking events, staying informed on industry developments, and engaging in ongoing training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on assigned businesses and remain informed about competitors to uphold our industry leadership.
  • Become acquainted with each designated territory to build confidence in understanding demographics and potential customer bases.
  • Maintain ongoing networking with other leading Marketing and Customer Service Specialists and Managers to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Invest time outside of work to develop leadership, customer service, and management abilities.
  • Qualify leads by interacting with them to understand their needs regarding client-specific services.
  • Practice active listening with customers to clarify their requirements and evaluate potential needs.
  • Provide thoughtful product and service recommendations and clearly explain solutions and processes.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience preferred in customer service, marketing, or sales.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential for daily interactions with diverse customers.
  • A natural sense of optimism and resilience is required.
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth, consistently setting ambitious goals.
